Our strategy

Our strategy is straightforward. In partnership with historically disadvantaged persons, we shall seek, explore, evaluate and bring into production attractive coal resources in South Africa’s principal coalfields.

We can do this efficiently and cost effectively as our lean corporate structure makes us nimbler than some of the larger groups.

In line with our country’s new minerals and Black economic empowerment (BEE) legislation, ownership of each of our distinct subsidiary operations will be in partnership with BEE individuals or groups.
