Partnerships with the minority shareholders in our operating and exploration subsidiaries comply with or exceed regulations contained in the Minerals and Petroleum Resources Development Act (MPRDA) governing BEE ownership of and participation in mining ventures and other issues.

Keaton Energy draws on its own resources through its wholly–owned subsidiary Keaton Administrative and Technical Services (Pty) Limited (KATS) or, where appropriate, those from outside to provide subsidiaries with technical, financial and management services on a contractual basis. KATS has agreed binding management contracts with each individual operating subsidiary, and this strategy will be extended to other, future partnerships.
